The content, including but not limited to courses, mnemonics, learning paths, and materials provided on our platform are designed to supplement traditional education and are not substitutes for professional educational or medical advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

All prices are listed in the currency specified. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept multiple payment methods including credit cards, digital wallets, and regional payment gateways. Refunds are granted within 7 days of purchase if the course or service has not been accessed. After 7 days or upon course access, refunds are not available unless required by law. Course access, once granted, is non-refundable.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Edumika disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edumika shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, regardless of the form of action or basis of the claim. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
